DescriptionFormer 18th Precinct Station House and Stable 4302 4th Avenue Sunset Park 2.jpg
English: The former Brooklyn Police Department 18th Police Precinct Station House and Stable at 4302 4th Avenue at the corner of 43rd Street, which later became the NYPD's 68th Precinct Station House and Stable, was built in 1890-92 and was designed by George Ingram in the Romanesque Revival style to resemble a medieval fortress, something Ingram did for a number of police stations in Brooklyn. The building was bought by the Sunset Park School of Music, but as of 2015 was still under reconstruction. (Sources: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.), AIA Guide to NYC (5th ed.)}
