DescriptionFlag of Oregon proposal (Randall Gray).svg
English: A proposed flag for Oregon, designed by Randall Gray. One of the ten finalists in the 2008 contest (in which it was labelled "Flag G") held by The Oregonian newspaper to try and create a new flag for the state. The beaver is from the reverse side of the current Oregonian flag, while the star symbolises Oregon's place in the United States. Blue and gold are the official Oregonian state colours, and the green represents the trees and wildernesses of the state. The white serves as a contrast between the blue and the green.
