English: Drum, Gilmerton A mansion house built by William Adam for Lord Somerville between the years 1726-34. The pavilion to the west incorporates part of earlier house built in 1584. Another pavilion to the east was intended but not built. The house is set in landscaped grounds originally laid out by William Adam.
