DescriptionDown Town Association 60 Pine Street entrance.jpg
The Down Town Association Building at 60 Pine Street between Pearl and William Streets in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1886-87 and was designed by Charles C. Haight in the Romanesque Revival style, with an eastern addition built in 1910-11 designed by Warren & Wetmore which echoes the design of the original building. The Down Town Association was one of New York's earliest private men's clubs. It was designated a NYC landmark in 1997. (Source: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.))
