Español: Lunes 22 de mayo de 2017. En la Galería Abierta de las Rejas de Chapultepec, se inauguró la exposición fotográfica La luz del Ariel: Cinefotógrafos ganadores. Dicha exposición muestra fotos de destacados fotógrafos del cine mexicano, ganadores el Ariel. Organizada por Secretaría de Cultura de la Ciudad de México, la Academia Mexicana de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas y el Fondo Mixto de Promoción Turística, atrajo personajes el mundo del cine. El acto protocolario estuvo encabezado por Eduardo Vázquez Martín, secretario de Cultura de la CDMX; Dolores Heredia, presidenta de la Academia Mexicana de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas; Jorge Sánchez Sosa, director genera de IMCINE; Gabriela López, coordinadora de Patrimonio Histórico, Artístico y Cultural de la SCCDMX; Juan José Saravia, coordinador de la exposición y Elisa Lozano, curadora de la exposición.
