Deutsch: Das rot-goldene Wappen des Hauses Lothringen ist das Herkunftswappen des Dillinger Stadtwappens: Als Helmzier der gekrönte silberne lothringische Adler über der herzoglichen Rangkrone, der im Dillinger Wappen über einer städtischen Mauerkrone thront sowie als Helmdecke die lothringischen Farben Rot und Gold, die als Stadtfarben in die Stadtflagge Dillingens übernommen wurden; Der rote Querbalken des goldenen Wappenschildes ist im Dillinger Wappen als Zickzackbalken auf Goldgrund verwendet.
