3. the book is out of print
4. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the cover art in any way;
5. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork;
6. the image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Lewis Hart.

This image is of book cover(s), and the copyright for it is most likely owned either by the artist who created the cover(s) or the publisher of the book(s).
