Blazon of the coat of arms in the seal:
Azure, upon ground Brunatre two Cocos nucifera trees proper in dexter and sinister, two wooden ploughs proper facing each other, rice bundles proper each in dexter and sinister bases, in middle base Ananas sativus fruit Or with crowning leaves Vert, all superimposed on mountain ranges Vert, and on fess point a roundel Or with cattle heads erased proper; And in chief Vert three wild orchids Argent

Symbolisms:
Coconut trees - Coconut lumber and other forest lumber products
Mountain range - the high elevation and mountain ranges of the province, the most prominent is Mt. Kitanglad
Three orchids - varieties of orchids found within the province, and the rich flora in general
Cattle heads erased - the cattle and dairy industry of the province

Rice bundles and pineapple fruit - the primary agricultural produce of the province, the most notable is the pineapple industry
