Català: Bandera de Cervera, Lleida, Espanya. Bandera apaïsada, de proporcions dos d'alt per tres de llarg, quarterada en aspa, amb els triangles superior i inferior vermells, cadascun amb el cérvol groc de l'escut d'alçària 1/3 de la del drap i amplària 2/9 de la llargària del mateix drap, centrats a cada un dels dos triangles; i els triangles dels costats, grocs, cadascun amb quatre pals vermells.[1]
Español: Bandera de Cervera, Lérida, España. Bandera apaisada, de proporciones dos de alto por tres de largo, cuartelada en aspa, con los triángulos superior e inferior rojos, cada uno con el ciervo amarillo del escudo de altura 1/3 de la del paño y anchura 2/9 de la largura del mismo paño, centrados en cada uno de los dos triángulos; y los triángulos de los lados, amarillos, cada uno con cuatro palos rojos.[2]
