Paño rectangular, de proporciones 2/3, dividido en aspas en cuatro partes. Las de arriba y abajo de color amarillo y las dos restantes, de color rojo. Lleva sobrepuesto en el centro el Escudo de Armas timbrado de la Villa de Hinojosas de Calatrava.
