Comments:
It is possible by § 59 of the german Copyright Law Act to take pictures of publicly visible buildings and sculptures and publish them commercially. Still, the right to modify the works and to produce derivative works requires the permission of the original copyright holder - so I'm using this image under the freedom of panorama
