Description
English: Camouflaged Iron Observation Tree (The Elm at Vermezeele). Ink and watercolour from André Mare's Sketchbook 4, 1916. Mare was a French Cubist painter who influenced the development of military camouflage in the First World War.
This should not be moved to Commons without a French rationale. (See FAC discussion). The original NFUR remains in the history of this page.
