Summary

Description
British English: 17th century Venetian ceremonial cannon, part of the Arms and Armour section of the Wallace collection. Designed by Lois-Auguste de Sainson, the barrel is by Giovanni Mazzarioli, and the carriage is by Angilio Barbetto (woodwork) and Guiseppe Ciani (ironwork). It was commissioned by Anatole Demidoff, prince of San Donato. Collection number A1245.
