Description
English: Pictured are United Nations troops rushing towards a Whirlwind HAR.10 helicopter of 84 Squadron based at Akrotiri, Cyprus, 27 October 1977.

Following the Turkish invasion of July 1974, UN forces were based on the island in a peacekeeping role with 84 Squadron tasked to provide airlift support.
