Русский: Удостоверение к медали "За доблестный труд в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 гг." ("советский" вариант). Указ о награждении Казакова Владимира Михайловича за труд в 1942-1946 гг. на бокситовом руднике "Красная шапочка" г. Североуральска (СУБР) был издан в 1946 г., вручение состоялось в 1985 г.
