Cédric Kahn (French: [kan]; born 17 June 1966) is a French screenwriter, film director and actor.
Career
[edit]His films include L'Ennui (1998), based on the Alberto Moravia novel Boredom, and Red Lights (2004), based on the Georges Simenon novel. His film Roberto Succo was entered into the 2001 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
Political views
[edit]In December 2023, alongside 50 other filmmakers, Kahn signed an open letter published in Libération demanding a ceasefire and an end to the killing of civilians amid the 2023 Israeli invasion of the Gaza Strip, and for a humanitarian corridor into Gaza to be established for humanitarian aid, and the release of hostages.[2][3][4]
